Website Terms

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Website terms: These terms govern use of this public website. A signed proposal, order form or service agreement controls any paid service engagement and will prevail if it conflicts with these website terms.

1. Independent service

Dealer Warranty Desk provides independent administrative warranty claim-preparation support. It is not an OEM, dealer, warranty administrator for an OEM, or agent of any manufacturer, and no OEM affiliation or endorsement is implied.

2. No coverage or payment decision

We do not determine warranty eligibility, authorize repairs, diagnose equipment, or guarantee reimbursement. Coverage, approval, payment and final claim disposition remain decisions of the applicable OEM and/or other authorized decision-maker.

3. Dealer responsibility

The dealership remains responsible for the accuracy of repair facts, diagnosis, parts, labor, technician documentation and other source information supplied to us, and for the final review and submission of a claim unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

4. Authorized materials only

By providing OEM rules, manuals, codes, labor information, screenshots, evidence or other materials, you represent that your dealership is authorized to possess and provide those materials for the agreed service purpose. Do not provide materials that you are not authorized to share.

5. No portal credentials

The launch service does not require sharing OEM portal passwords. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or other login credentials through this website, email, or ordinary claim files.

6. No guarantee of completeness from incomplete inputs

A claim can only be prepared from the information provided. Missing, conflicting, ambiguous or unsupported information may cause the file to be marked MISSING or EXCEPTION rather than READY.

7. Website information

Public website content is general information about the service and is not legal, accounting, tax, technical repair, warranty-coverage or OEM-policy advice. OEM programs and requirements can change.

8. Intellectual property

Dealer Warranty Desk website content, branding, templates and original workflow materials may not be copied or republished for competing commercial use without permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
