Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Short version: We collect only the business information needed to answer an inquiry or perform an agreed claim-preparation service. We do not sell personal information and we do not ask for OEM portal passwords through this website.

1. Information we collect

When you contact Dealer Warranty Desk, we may receive your name, work email address, dealership or group name, the general claim situation you describe, and any information you choose to include in your message.

For an accepted service engagement, additional claim-related records may be provided through an agreed private workflow. Do not send OEM credentials, bank details, customer identification documents, or sensitive claim files through the public website form or an unsolicited first email.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess whether a claim-preparation engagement is suitable, deliver agreed services, maintain operational records, protect the service from abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Service providers and hosting

The website may use infrastructure and business service providers such as Cloudflare for website delivery/security and Google Workspace for business email. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may use privacy-focused, cookie-free website analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and performance. We do not use advertising trackers on this site at launch.

4. Dealer and claim data

Dealer-provided claim materials are handled only for the agreed service purpose. Dealer-specific claim records are intended to be kept separated from other client workspaces. We do not use confidential OEM materials for public publication or unrelated marketing.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers supporting the operation, with personnel or contractors who need it to perform an agreed service, when required by law, or when you authorize the disclosure.

6. Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably necessary for business follow-up, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Claim engagement records are retained according to the applicable service arrangement and operational need.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete business contact information where applicable, subject to legal, security, contractual and record-keeping requirements.
